I offer both virtual and in-person coaching sessions. Virtual sessions are conducted via video or telephone, giving you the flexibility to participate from anywhere, at your convenience. For those in the Portland, Oregon area, in-person sessions are available by appointment for an additional fee.

No, my coaching services are specifically designed for adults aged 18 and over. This ensures we can dive into deeper topics and work with the full autonomy needed for effective, lasting change. If you’re under 18 and interested in coaching, I recommend seeking out a specialist who focuses on youth wellness.
My ideal client is anyone ready to take charge of their health and commit to the process, regardless of race, age, gender, identity, or current health status. The only requirement is a willingness to show up, embrace the journey, and put in the work—even (and especially) when it gets challenging.
